    The Russian S-400SAM was first used in real combat on February 25th, just 24 hours after the Russian invasion of Ukraine began. The downing of Ukrainian fighter jets near Kiev was reported by several news sites. Several reports confirmed that one of the fallen Ukrainian SU-27 planes was shot down by an air defence system's anti-craft missile.
